ShopVimCenter Cookie Policy

28 October 2026

This Policy explains cookies, browser storage and similar terminal technologies used for ShopVimCenter at https://vimgrace.com/vimcenter/. The controller is VIMGRACE, UNIPESSOAL LDA, NIPC 517626829, Funchal, Portugal. Contact manager@vimgrace.com. The Privacy Notice explains personal data, recipients, transfers and rights.

1 Required and optional technologies

1.1. We use storage or access without consent only where applicable law permits the exception for transmitting a communication or providing a service you expressly request. This includes necessary authentication, security and recording of privacy choices. We assess necessity for your requested service, separately from usefulness to our business.

1.2. Preregistration referral recognition and optional visit or performance analytics use prior consent where required. Storage in localStorage, pixels and similar browser identifiers are subject to the relevant rule just as cookies are. We do not classify an affiliate marketing identifier as strictly necessary merely because the programme pays commissions.

1.3. Before using an optional technology, we disclose its purpose, provider, duration and relevant transfer information and obtain any required consent. We do not activate it merely because this Policy mentions its category.

2 Referral recognition

2.1. Where you consent, the preregistration referral marker may contain the referring creator code, the time of the referral and a visitor identifier, for up to 30 days. Within that period, a later valid referral can replace the earlier preregistration referral according to the programme rules; a direct visit does not itself restart or extend the period.

2.2. If you refuse or withdraw optional consent, we stop further use of that browser marker and remove it where reasonably possible. You may continue browsing, registering and buying through the necessary service functions. We cannot promise you or a creator recovery of a missing referral through an identifier you did not consent to.

2.3. After registration, we may retain your account's inviter and programme relationship as server side contractual information on the basis and for the period stated in the Privacy Notice. We do not automatically change that relationship because of a later link or cookie choice. We do not use fingerprinting or another undisclosed technique to recreate tracking you refused.

3 Choice and withdrawal

3.1. The consent panel provides "Accept optional cookies", "Reject optional cookies" and "Manage preferences". Optional choices remain off until affirmatively selected. Scrolling, closing a banner, continued browsing or accepting contractual terms does not constitute consent to optional cookies.

3.2. You can change your choice through "Manage preferences" or the cookie settings control on the website. We make withdrawal as easy as acceptance and store your choice for up to 6 months. If purposes or relevant providers change materially, we may request a new choice sooner. We respect and remember refusal on the same basis as acceptance.

3.3. Blocking cookies through your browser may affect login or other functions that genuinely require them. We preserve unrelated necessary functions when you refuse optional tracking. Where applicable law requires us to recognise a browser opt out signal, we honour it and display a compatible choice.

4 Live technology register

4.1. We identify the technologies in use, their providers, purposes, data, categories, duration, scope and relevant recipient or transfer information in the technology register in cookie settings. We keep that register, which forms part of this Policy, up to date when those technologies change.

4.2. The service categories are necessary authentication and security, privacy choice storage, and optional preregistration referral tracking. Authentication technologies last for the requested session or the persistent sign in period shown in the detailed list; security technologies have the specified proportionate lifetime. Optional referral recognition lasts no longer than 30 days and choice storage no longer than 6 months.

4.3. Optional performance event records retained on the server are subject to the Privacy Notice and its limit of up to 12 months; that period does not extend a browser referral marker beyond 30 days. A cookie’s expiry and a lawful retention period for a server transaction record are different matters.

5 Third party services and updates

5.1. When you use approved payment, verification or external content services, we provide the relevant information and establish the legal basis. Those services may have their own necessary technologies and independent privacy notices. We load nonessential third party embeds only after the required choice.

5.2. We update this Policy when relevant technologies, providers or requirements change. We retain proportionate evidence of the information and choice presented. Questions and rights requests may be sent to manager@vimgrace.com.
